Drainage and Detention Areas

Heavy vegetation can make drainage systems and detention areas difficult to inspect. It can also restrict access and interfere with water flow.

We review the slope, soil conditions and standing water before beginning work. We also look at erosion and equipment access. These sites often require a different approach than open ground.

Depending on the location, the work may involve mowing, cutting, mechanical clearing or targeted herbicide treatment. Some areas need an initial clearing followed by lighter maintenance. We can document the treatment limits and completed work with maps and field notes. Recurring service can also be arranged to keep the area accessible.
